LeddarTech is the owner of the patented LeddarTM LED-based detection technology, a 3D detection solution that combines LED lighting and innovative signal processing into an accurate and robust detection solution. iSource, Accès Capital and Desjardins-Innovatech also participated in the financing led by GO Capital LP and BDC Venture Capital.
Atrium Innovations Inc., an international manufacturer and distributor of science-based dietary supplements, is planning an acquisition in the $100-million range after completing its current vertical integration program, CEO Pierre Fitzgibbon said Tuesday.
Atrium Innovations announces that it has extended its research partnership with the Institute of Nutrition and Functional Foods ("INAF"). In June 2011, Atrium launched a comprehensive applied clinical research program in collaboration with INAF at Université Laval in Quebec City. The original program was funded through the end of 2013.
