New Hôtel Le Germain to open in Ottawa in 2017

News - The consortium formed by Groupe Germain Hospitalité, DevMcGill and EBC has been selected by the City of Ottawa for the construction of a state-of-the-art, 23 storey mixed-use complex that will be an integral part of the Ottawa Art Gallery Expansion and Arts Court Redevelopment project. Featuring a 120-room Hôtel Le Germain, 82 private residences, a theatre and an art gallery, this project represents a $60 million investment from the private sector and $40 million from the public sector (City of Ottawa and University of Ottawa).
