H2O Innovation once again named to the TSX Venture 50

H2O Innovation is proud to be once again selected on the 2012 TSX Venture 50, a ranking of strong performing companies listed on TSX Venture Exchange. It is comprised of ten companies from each of the following five sectors: Mining, Oil & Gas, Diversified Industries, Clean Technology and Technology & Life Sciences. H2O Innovation is part of the Clean Technology category.

Funding for Seigneurie de Beaupré 2 & 3 wind farms again rewarded on the international scene

Rewarded as the North American Wind Deal of the Year 2011, the first phase of this wind project, characterised by 20-year power purchase agreements, led to a financing of $725 million, which closed on November 8, 2011. It will be recalled that a tranche of $260 million of the financing is covered by a guarantee offered to the lenders by the Federal Republic of Germany through Euler-Hermes, its export credit agency.

 

Innovente Obtains a US Patent for its SHOC™ Process

Innovente is proud to announce the recent granting of a US patent for its proprietary SHOC™ drying process. This patent, valid until 2028, covers the entire process that enables Innoventé to transform organic waste into a solid biocombustible with high calorific value. The patent is assigned to the "Institut de Recherche et de Développement en Agroenvironnement", Innoventé's technological partner.

This major event brings together more than 2,500 researchers, decision-makers, political analysts, businesspeople, members of arctic communities, and graduate students.
