CO2 Solutions Partners with Neumann Systems for U.S. Pilot Demonstration of Carbon Capture Process

CO2 Solutions, an innovator in the field of enzyme-enabled carbon capture technology, today announced that it has entered into a Collaboration Agreement with Colorado-based Neumann Systems Group, Inc., an established emissions control solutions provider. Under the terms of the agreement, CO2 Solutions and NSG will demonstrate a combination of their two proprietary technologies at pilot scale in what is expected to be a significantly lower cost process for the capture of CO2 from industrial effluent gases. Following this pilot, the companies anticipate co-marketing a combined solution for profitable application in enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and other existing and new CO2 sequestration and reuse markets.

 

CRIQ Innovation to Help Mexican Tequila Producers

CRIQ has signed an agreement with the Mexican state of Jalisco's Ministry of Innovation, Science, and Technology and the Mexican Institute of Water Technology (IMTA) to implement biofiltration wastewater treatment technology in two locations: a pig farm and a producer of Mexico's world famous Tequila.

 

H2O Innovation wins $12 million in new contracts and reaches historical high sales backlog of $40.5 million

H2O Innovation Inc. announces that it was awarded $12 million in new contracts, mainly in mining and municipal sectors. These new contracts bring the Company's order backlog for water treatment projects to $40.5 million as of July 1, 2014, excluding backlog from its Specialty Products and Services division (PWT, Piedmont and H2O Innovation Maple). The entire order backlog will be executed over the next twenty-four (24) months.

 

CO2 Solutions Announces Issuance of U.S. Patent

CO2 Solutions Inc., the leader in the field of enzyme-enabled carbon capture technology, announced, in September, it has been granted U.S. Patent No. 8,722,391 entitled Process for CO2 capture using Carbonates and Biocatalysts with Absorption of CO2 and Desorption of Ion-rich Solution.

Junex Strikes Oil in its Galt No. 4 Horizontal Well

Junex Inc. (TSX VENTURE:JNX) is very pleased to announce an oil discovery in its Galt No. 4 Horizontal Well that it drilled using its wholly-owned Foragaz No. 4 drilling rig. Having finished drilling on November 20th, this is the first horizontal oil exploration well ever drilled by industry in Quebec. This well is situated approximately 20 kilometers west of the town of Gaspé in eastern Quebec.
