Le Massif de Charlevoix launches Real Estate Project at the Mountain

On the occasion of a meeting with the townspeople of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, Groupe Le Massif presented its Mountain real estate development plan. Of the 500 projected Mountain lodging units to be built during phase 1 of development, the first 76 units will be erected between now and 2013.

The first ALT Hotel to be built outside of Quebec is now open and welcoming guests at Canada's leading airport, the Toronto Pearson International Airport. The modern 13-floor, 153-room hotel occupies a prime location adjacent to the airport terminals at the end of the LINK train line that runs every five minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

 

Hôtel La Ferme Now Open to Public

 Since June 21, Hôtel La Ferme – Le Massif de Charlevoix’s new hotel complex in Baie-Saint-Paul – has been welcoming its first guests. On the occasion of a press tour held today, Hôtel La Ferme’s general manager Richard Germain, and director of programming Philippe Laperrière, unveiled the Main Building facilities along with the rich activity programme that defines this new "terroir hotel". 

 

Major transformation of the Château Frontenac

Ivanhoé Cambridge is undertaking an extensive upgrade project for the Château Frontenac, one of its flagship properties. The $66-milllion investment will finance the complete transformation of guest rooms, the main lobby and a good number of distinctive features in order to reinforce the Château Frontenac’s position as one of the greatest hotels in North America.
