The partnership was confirmed at the CDMN's annual meeting, which was held from October 25 to 27 in Edmonton. Isabelle Genest, Executive Director of LE CAMP, was in attendance.

Seeking to develop its network, the CDMN was hoping to undertake a geographic expansion in the province of Quebec, particularly in Quebec City. "As soon as we met the team from LE CAMP, we immediately realized that integrating this incubator would be a winning partnership. I am very pleased to welcome this new hub as part of the CDMN. Thanks to this initiative, we look forward to bringing together growing numbers of Canadian tech companies," said Lisa Cashmore, CDMN's Director of Network Operations.

This new partenership will enable LE CAMP to link up with other hubs across Canada. There will also be opportunities to share best business practices, gain access to national programs and take part in exclusive business development activities geared towards local tech companies, including programs such as Passport, Get There: Silicon Valley and Soft Landing.

Ms. Genest reiterated the importance of guiding entrepreneurs along the path to greater expertise while developing services tailored to their needs in support of growth: "For local tech companies, joining this national network is a key development tool in terms of marketing and commercialization.
